A day on the links with Steel Plus Network!

After two long years away, Steel Plus Network hosted their annual regional golf tournament in Trois-Rivières, Québec! We had a wonderful time with our members and suppliers (even a special supplier who came all the way from Alabama!), enjoying food, drinks, and company in a beautiful atmosphere.

The night before, SPN hosted the ever-popular ‘Supplier Meet and Greet’ at the Hotel Montfort in Nicolet. Groupe LD, Machitech Automation, Altitube Steel, Linde, and Acier Bouchard set up booths and eagerly awaited our fabricators. This event was exceptionally well-attended and provided the perfect opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones after several years without in-person events.

The following day, after our regional meeting, golfers hopped in their carts (with SPN towels and lunch bags!) and teed off. The weather was sunny and warm, creating the perfect day to hit the links with friends. Each team was composed of SPN members and suppliers. Everyone had a blast enjoying the fresh air while sharing memories and laughing about the day’s events. See any familiar faces?

SPN awarded prizes for the longest drive, closest to the pin, the ‘most-honest team’, and the lowest scoring team. We thank our suppliers for donating many fabulous prizes, including two tickets to a Montréal Canadians game from Altitube Steel. 

During our delicious buffet dinner, provided by Buffet Nico, Steel Plus Network announced a donation of $1,000 to Dans la Rue, a local charity that supports at-risk youth in Montréal. Attendees donated cash throughout the day, and Steel Plus Network matched all funds raised! We thank all attendees for their generosity in contributing to this worthy cause.
